The past two days in class, we have been working with programming simple things to do simple tasks, but the way we had to do it was not always so easy. Some were very simple, and to get the bird to go down a straight line is not hard, but once there were new twists and turns it would become a game of trial and error. This is would take some time, but I was able to get through all the 20 rounds and levels. The hardest part about this programming was to be able to make the bird go into a set direction with specific rules already given that you had to follow, or else you would not be able to do it correctly.
The game with the robot and programing is very similar to the one about the angry birds. There is slight differences like difference objectives. In the robot one, you want to turn on the light bulb. In the angry birds one, you wanted to defend the pig. Also, in the robot programming you can get your robot to jump on top of other blocks.
For my last programming game, I chose to make my own game, and used the space zombies simulations to do so. You were supposed to create a game that you could essentially do whatever you want. It was a little tricky but the directions on how to work everything were clear, so it was pretty good in the end.
Eliza programming was fun to play with.I was able to make different conversations on different topics, such as food, movies, and how we were doing today. It was sometimes difficult to write at some points and I had to search and work through it to figure out how to program the rest of it correctly.
